Lots of great soundtracks. Not ranked, just as they come to mind first.
.) Dumb and Dumber, perfect mix of classics and super-nineties hits.
.) Gladiator - Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard, otherworldly and haunting.
.) The Last of the Mohicans - EPIC EPIC EPIC, violincentric plus the story is set in my hometown area. Underrated soundtrack.
.) The Crow - Super-nineties and dark, nostalgic.
.) Gummo - yeah.
.) Peter Jackson LotR movies, all of them - I've spent a lot of time crying over how epic and evocative this music is
.) Kill Bill, Vol. 1 - great mix of rock, enka, everything
.) A Clockwork Orange - love the score.
.) 24 Hour Party People - kind of a no-brainer
.) A Night At The Roxbury - DANCE!
