At one point or another, nearly every song has been my favourite. Right now, I would pick the title track. The lead work is absolutely insane in that song.

I guess I'd have to say Lost Voices, even though From the Fading Screams, The Afterlife, The Dawning Light and Eyes of a Dream come extremely close.
Matt's vocal melodies in the final choruses pushed this song to the top of my list.
