At the show at The Coach House, there were some red things being tossed to the crowd. Now are those red Iron Maidens bands??? If so I would like to get ahold of one :) Also are you going to have your merch table going on at the Swap Meet too, cause then I can buy one :):loco:

Was that during Flight? They toss candies off the brain plate. I didn't see anything else but I was doing the merch booth so may have missed it.

I don't know of anything like that we were giving out from the stage other than what Jim said about the candies during Flight of Icarus. I believe they were gummy worms! :zombie:

oh OK, then that is what they were.. gotcha. no gummy worms here :) I thought they were something special :) hahahaha.... hmmmmmmm ideas now :)

Odds are at the swap meet show they will be beyond gummy and into gooey worms. Still want some Darlene?

The gummy worms were red so that must have been what you saw, Darlene. But I'd be willing to bet that they'd mold pretty well into a wristband in the heat on Sat!

Did anyone see the 2 little girls sitting up front? They've been coming to all our all ages shows since the last Galaxy gig. One is fascinated by the drums and she watches Linda like a hawk!

They were so cute - when they saw the monster and the candy, their eyes got huge, they wanted them so badly but were too polite to make a big deal and when the monster was leaving the stage they looked so disappointed that I felt bad for them. I managed to get a couple to hand to them before he left the stage and their faces just lit up. They looked so happy just munching away on them. Kids are so refreshing, they remind you it's the little things in life that count. It's why I love doing the all ages shows best.

Oh I saw you do that and I thought it was great!!!! The two of them were soo funny while they were waiting for autographs that the dad of one farted next to me and the poor thing was sooo embarrassed.....I couldn't stop laughing. He better be glad I didn't have one to give back to him.. you know them protein drinks Aja.... :)

That reminds of way back when during Maidens Fear Of The Dark tour. I had done some artwork for Testament who was opening that show and had a laminate and an extra ticket and pass in my pocket for a friend that never showed up.
Anyway, while I was wandering around during Testaments set, I saw this kid who was around 12 or so and his dad standing outside at the box office. Apparently something happened he got screwed at will-call, it was sold out or something like that. I walked up and started chatting with them and his dad was going on about what a big fan his son was but couldn't get in to see his favourite band Iron Maiden and wondered if I could do anything to help, so when I pulled out a ticket and pass for the kid his jaw hit the floor. His dad let me take him inside and I had security let him stand right up front for Maiden and took him backstage for the aftershow...I think I enjoyed watching the kid beam with excitement more than he enjoyed the entire experience...fun all around.
