Actually, I fucking LOVE Scottish food. Seriously. Haggis, black pudding, etc... they all sound like absolutely horrible concoctions but they're actually amazing. Mutton broth too. =D

Sushi, Maki (rolls, california rolls to be specific are the best), Tempura, Miso and Wanton soup... all amazing!!
