Well, another thing that you could do without moving is reading a lot of books in german, listening to music or watch films...

I think this is the best advice given, for learning a language. I also learned english really quickly because I read it much, listen to it and of corse watch English movies. Now I'm trying to learn Swedish that way and I think it's working.
