I found someone selling this used for a good price in my country. I can't afford anything better, so I was wondering if they are any good for entry level monitors. Anyone tried them?

Yup they are great for the price, they are well made and dont fart when up loud.
Admitidley they dont have much low end (no worse than a pair of NS-10's) and are not particularly flat in response but like all monitor speakers if you learn them and get used to how they sound and how material you work with sounds through them they will serve you well,
I have a pair and i like them,
FWIW i also have Genelec 1029A's, Yamaha NS10's, Dynaudio BM5's, and Samson Resolve 65A's

I have fostex pm01's. They are pretty accurate and not a pain to work on, so I guess the 04 is fine if you're ok with a lack of bass.
