now i wouldnt call debian the easy choice, but it works.

Yes, but it not being easy is good tho, you won't learn anything
using one of the easy to install distroes like Red Hat or Mandrake.

Unfortunately I can't get Debian to setup on my new laptop, mainly
cos my internet connection sucks, so I can't just install the stuff
I want, I have to install crap from CD first and then setup the
connection and I have been to lazy for that right now... and of
course I only downloaded the boot CD. So right now I am looking
more in the way of Slackware, which I got to install quite nicely.
Also tried FreeBSD, but I think the CD was faulty since it wouldn't
boot at all and of course I already deleted the image from my main
comp.

On the other comp I am using a pretty standard Windows XP, with
WindowBloat... I mean WindowBlinds and LiteStep (still working on
the theme, I will put a link to a screenshot later.).
Mostly I am working on Morrowind right now, installing a whole
bunch of new plugins... which I seem to do more than play it hahah

Must have been Paint or Photoshop. It looks wrong, when the penguin stops and the score comes up, the snow underneath it changes. The penguin on that pic is still moving, so there shouldn't be a score there, so Sole (gods bless his cotton socks) pasted a sign on top and changed the number. Possibly.
