Gigantour 2 --- guess we know who will be there now

he's right, the line up for Ozzfest this year sucks. a bunch of emo/screamo bands, atreyu, norma jean, A7X, i mean all these bands were on taste of chaos with coheed and cambria for fucking sake. these bands at ozzfest? ive went to ozzfest for the last 3 years, but i have to say im skipping 06.

Coheed has never played Taste of Chaos, and even if they did, they would be extremely out of place. They're a prog band for Christ's sake.

Roadrunner's M.O. is to tightly couple the label and tours when possible. I'd expect to see Trivium, Dragonforce, and maybe someone like COF on the tour this time. Of course, it won't play in DC, anyway, so I won't see it, but none of this would raise it's appeal for me.

Interesting that Dragonforce wasn't even invited for Gigantour2.

But honestly, after them doing Ozzfest (not that this is negative against them), I really don't see a reason for them to -have- to be at a future progpower. They'd probably bring in numbers... but...
