I was going to say you continue to surprise me by your diverse interest in music and vocal taste but considering you like David Coverdale (as well you should), this guy is in the same league. Or at least David in his prime. Good call

Yeah...I caught a rerun of the High Voltage concert from 2011 on VH1 Classic that Thunder played at....Danny Bowes still sounds FANTASTIC. I still have to buy copies of their last couple of cd's. Terrific band.

Always thought he had a great voice.... love the bands production and talent but could never totally get into Thunder's songs....

Daniel Bowes is indeed an excellent singer. I could listen to "Laughing On Judgement Day" any day of the week. When I think of what a great rock and roll band should be, Thunder is one of the first bands that come to mind.

Met-Al knows my love for this band. Agree with what he said 100%. "Laughing on Judgement Day" is one of the most under-rated albums ever, especially of that era (not to mention Warrant's "Dog Eat Dog" and Tyketto's "Don't Come Easy").

I remember fondly finding Backstreet Symphony and being amazed. But then Laughing came out and it was BETTER. I kind of lost touch over the years, but I have a bunch of their stuff to buy in my amazon queue. Loved this band. And the vid of them live is great!
