First 3 Suffocation albums are amazing. Breeding the Spawn would've been hailed as their best if the production hadn't suffered.

Perhaps I could see agreeing with an opinion like that if I felt that Suffocation are a band that pissfarts around too much with their albums and so an EP's short duration might be better, more terse etc, but Suffocation never have any fat to trim. They go straight for the headcrush and don't mess about.

Well there you go, I'm not really a fan of the band. I much prefer the less refined, rawer, more traditional approach on Human Waste to the precision pummelling of Effigy and Pierced.
