Q1: When someone posts that an album or band is 'in crowd', do you feel compelled to post about 'in crowd' being a misnomer or that the 'in crowd' doesn't exist?
Y: You're part of the in crowd
N: Go to Question 2
Q2: When someone doesn't like an album that others hail as 'classic', how do you respond?
If 2, not in the in crowd
fr though @Dak 's description of the in crowd isn't wrong:
Because Gates of Fire was released after 1987 and Nile actually has good riffs ldo

How to diagnose someone suffering from symptoms consistent with Incrowditis:
Critera:
A. Likes Black Metal without other subgenre qualifiers
B. Mostly prefers first releases and/or S/Ts
C. Mostly dislikes bands with tshirts in Hot-Topic
- specify if US band specific
- or not US band specific
D. Likes a band only liked by persons who meet criteria A-C.
- specify if such bands liked include Manilla Road
Am I forgetting any other very notable qualifiers. Want to try to mostly avoid band specific mentions unless one is egregiously obvious.
sickening that trendhopping incrowd shit like TOOH and trendhopping mainstream shit like nile somehow beat a classic band like manilla road last round
Because Gates of Fire was released after 1987 and Nile actually has good riffs ldo
