Haha, the funny thing is... the wedding you're talking about took place back in the second week of August '16, and my sister's getting divorced very soon! An ill-fated one, I guess. But I'm going to attend 2 other ones in a couple of months .

Not a fan of Polemicist - Zarathustrian Impressions? If you haven't heard it, I believe it's well worth your time.

the polemicist album was the year’s ANUS darling alongside the mefitis but seems to have gone completely under the radar elsewhere, probably ‘cause of all the pretentious ass nietzschean lyrics lol. you’ll def like it imo

I've listened to this 3 times already, and yeah it's good stuff. I do think it's kinda bottom heavy, with the best tracks being towards the end, though.

Good shit, I especially also like Undeath, Shinda Saibo no Katamari and Fulci. Never actually looked closely at that Ripped to Shreds EP art, some gnarly Sekiro vibes.

Limited to 10 but there were so many awesome album covers last year, many even on albums I didn't much like (eg Suffocated and Digested by Agonal Breathing). Some of mine are NSFW:

It's solid if you like Trad Doom Metal with a pretty immediate, rousing heroic vibe. Adds nothing new to the genre but does what it does do quite well IMO.
