Everything I've heard on Willowtip is awesome, even some of the lower quality stuff is a lot better than most "extreme" stuff out there.

Goatsblood is fucking awesome! Just heard the new cd.. reminds me much of Kananate.. fucking doomy riffs, extreme shit.. love it

I knew it. And other than that statement you didn't even mention what the music was like. All you did was take cheap shots at the band, comment about fucking one's mother and quote the press release.
i'm continually amazed at how dumb some reviewers are. then again, when you have an ad for a haste cd in your sig....thats not saying much.

I downloaded the whole cd- i think they have some good ideas and alot of talent- but it is pretty clear by this album- that they havent fulfilled what they were trying to do musically. The singer needs a little work as well- i just dont care at all for his voice- he is trying the Today is the Day scream- but he just doesnt have it.

Dont' get me wrong, I love TitD, but I just don't see the comparison with Goatsblood.
Really? I didn't think of Today is the Day even once while listening to Drull. Today is the Day has a much more banshee-type vocal style, very high pitched, not to mention the thousand effects that Steve Austin puts on his vocals.speed said:
