Gods Of Metal early gig?????

I think I just read Testament is on at 7:30????? Aren't they second from the top? I'm assuming they play 55-60 minutes so they should be done by 8:30 and with a half hour changeover that let's Halford go on at 9:00...even if he maxes at 90 minutes the gig's over by 10:30?????

What's going on?

Does anyone have the gig iternary? Walter? TLegions? If doors are at 3PM that means load-in probably begins at 9AM...ARGH!!!!!

I was wondering the same thing. seems ridiculous. sure you can get to bed early and make it to work the next day, but a show starting at 4:30 or so is ridiculous.....

Don't know about what time West Hollywood on 6-1-03 starts that friday night, but The Grove of Anaheim's doors open @ 7pm so that's pretty much normal. Only thing that sucks is that anaheim show is on a sunday night
Gonna need a vacation day for Monday. I'll be @ both shows so I hope May goes by pretty quickly. Tickets go on sale next week


It'll be great to finally get to see John Tempesta play the drums with Testament again !

No, the first 4 bands will play about 30 minutes each. Set changeovers take about 15 minutes if we have to rush it and they are using the same backline. Immortal is getting pimped on this bill bigtime they will get 45 minutes easy, maybe more in Montreal...I assume Testament is 55-60...in any case I'll find out the exact itenary for here soon. Plus changeovers after the first 4 bands will be a little longer 20-25 minutes I guess coz they'll probably have more shit to get fixed up and moving the openers' shit off the stage.
