wow quite the question actually.are u looking for death metal and black metal? that you probably wont find.hardly anyone only uses bass drums, but i can be, and usually am wrong.

I'm sure there are some black metal bands that only use single foot blastbeats. I don't recall Transilvanian Hunger having any outside of maybe a fill or two.

How could I be more specific, and why would I need to be? I am simply trying to compile a list of heavy metal bands that use only one bass drum. If you can't think of any then go dye your hair blue or something.
