As far as I can see there isnt much people who love this song.I think it is a very good song, much like face of melinda part 2,but longer and with brutal vocals. The vocal, main riff and drums are very cool in my opinion. What do you guys think ?

I think it's really powerful, and much better than Grand Conjuration IMO.
Although they are both completely menacing, I just like Harlequin
Forest better.

If I am haaaaaunted, then yoooou will seeeee..................

Yeah, probably the best song from GR. Great balancing between soft and heavy, I've used this track to introduce opeth to people and with good results :)

Haha yeah.. it seems whenever I try to show a friend Opeth they just blow them off.. oh well. I showed my friend Deliverance the other day and at first he seemed pretty bored and didnt say anything.. than I figured if I skipped to the outro part thats hard not to like he would like that which he did. :Smug:

The first half of the song (up until the end of the guitar solo) has the potential to be fantastic... if only the vocal melody didn't have that recurring clashing note. After the solo the song is fairly crap IMO.

Definitely my favorite song on GR. I've actually been listening to that song quite a bit lately. It's addicting. As of right now, I'd say it's in my top 5 Opeth songs in general...as of now...:goggly:

I love the whole thing. I recall playing it at at school once, in a Musical Listening elective. It went down pretty good, most people liked it.

Instruments of death before me....
This one is my favorite opeth composition... so nice and brutal at the same time, everything is in perfect harmony...:notworthy
The outro groove is .... (oh this word doesn´t exist, its too groovy and crushing to verbalize....)
