Actually geil has two meanings in Germany, it's often used in the meaning of cool, great, superb, fantastic, etc....
But it also means horny...

yes, it has two meanings, but in that context it should be clear, that it doesn't mean something like "cool"

i'd translate it with "vintersorg is a randy bitch"
