Help trying to archieve (or identify) this snare sound

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to get a similar snare sound that the one in the Xandria album, Neverworld's End



The snare sounds like has been replaced (at least to my ears) and cuts very well in the mix. I've been searching for that sound in the multiple snare samples that I have (including SSD), and blending several samples but no luck.

Anyone identifies the sample or can give me some direction of how to get something similar?

Try stacking the Black Dahlia or Linda Ronstadt Snare to you multisamples. Those samples have this nice snap like in the vid.

I've learned in drum matching that matching tuning helps to get there a lot closer, because tuning is major influence on snare sound.
