Not all homeless people are crazy. They simply may need a shelter or helping hand along the way. In my line of work I've seen first hand too many admitted to a mental hospital for no reason. They are enabled and put in surroundings for far too long, in wich then and there they actually turn and become crazy. Its a wonderful system!
