How do you organize your CDs?

I keep mine in stacks on a shelf...

Optimally I would have a stack of 250 CD changers that Icould add the min and sort them once a month

I have my cd's aranged alphabetically, then chronologically for each bands release. I have a few cd racks, and its a pain when I get new cd's because then I gotta move everything a slot or 2 down and such...but that gives me something to do while listening to the music.

I got a CD rack for Christmas, so they're in there, not in any order. My CD collection is embarassingly small, so it's not even that much of a problem. All of a certain band's stuff is together, but other than that it's kind of random.
