dont ask me if im an account, or does this matter, or whatever....im just curious. and warrel, dont pretend you dont know.

someone tell me how much each nevermore album has sold!
their sales probably doubled when people downloaded their songs and realized they werent faggotpowermetal or an "80s band" as long as people keep downloading nevermore, they will sell lots of albums.

OH my god...

how much is that doggie inthe window...DO YOU GET IT.

I think they sell on word of mouth.

Why worry about how many albums a band sells? I'm sure there are curious people, of course, but some people seem to base their opinons on a band roughly based on how many albums they think they might have sold or how many few.
At mp3.com, which pays bands something like five cents a listen, Blind Guardian has over $17,000, Nevermore a *lot* less than that(as of the time I checked), yet neither band has sold out, and both are extremely talented...

I know that there is a site called metal sludge http://www.metal-sludge.com/ I believe. They used to take requests because they have access to that information. The site is mostly focused on glam crap, but they have interesting interviews with some old school thrash bands from time to time. Take a look at that site and see if you can find the email address to ask (I'm too lazy to do it for you :) ).

All i found about contacting them is this:
Metal Sludge
P.O. BOX 3024
GARY, IN.
46403-3024

but there is a message board, i think you can post your request there...

http://www.metal-sludge.com/SludgeScansMay00.htm Nevermore's albums are listed (among others) as of May 2000; the numbers are really depressing.

SludgeScan@metal-sludge.com that is the email address to send requests to.

http://www.metal-sludge.com/SludgeScanChart.htm that is where they post the results every month. This page also explains their method of counting results (they base it off of actual sales rather than off shipments to stores).

That is all I could find (I decided that I really am too lazy sometimes and repented :) )

thanks for the link, dude!

what really sucks is metallica sells lots of albums. between
halfassed music, selling out, insulting the intelligence of their fans and suing everyone i cant believe there are any fans left.
