and I will probably pass out in the movie theater due to the total hotness of Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.
My man is gonna be annoyed the whole time. :tickled:

my stupid comment of 7.20 pm:
johnny depp + eyeliner = :loco:

enjoy yourself tara :)
i'm going to a gig instead. the difference is i won't see johnny depp, uff.

oh oh oh, I want to see that movie too... Too bad the closest place it runs is 300 km away from me :loco:

Johnny Depp with or without eyeliner.... = :worship:

I just got back from seeing it!
Here's my half-assed review :)

The effects were fantastic, the fighting was great, the story itself was cool and our stars Depp and Bloom were awesome! There's a lot of humor thrown about the movie too which made it even better.
And for the record, I didn't freak out or stop breathing even once when I saw Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom. :hotjump:

Good. It looked like a good movie from the synopsis I read, but I didn't know how much of an influence Disney had. I've hated Disney movies for quite some time, probably since Walt Disney died. I'll go watch it and T3 on the same day next week. I'm just rambling on.. I must be bored again. Anyway, thanks tara!

No problem, buddy.
Hey, is it just me or do they show WAY too many previews before movies these days????
I think we saw about 8 previews...all of which looked pretty stupid.

Yeah, there are way too many. It wouldn't be bad if the previews were of movies that I'd actually want to see, but more often than not, they're the same movies that have been released for the past 20 years with new faces and a new title.

That's why I liked DVDs.. no previews.. but now I'm starting to see previews on DVD and that's not cool (even though I can fast forward). Hollywood needs to eat shit and die.

I saw it last night, it was okay, but far too predictably melodramatic at times. A couple lines (like the last line of the flick) had me wincing in pain. It was entertaining for the most part though, but Johnny Depp really saves it from being boring.

I saw it last night and I thought it was a very good entertaining film and once again Johnny Depp is great in a movie.

Speaking of previews did anybody catch the preview of Haunted Mansion? Its based on the Disneyland ride like Pirates was and its going to start Eddie Murphy.

The next movie I'm remotely excited about is Van Helsing, starring Hugh Jackman :D It's not out till next May, that is if they don't run the release dates all over, meh.

Return of the King will rock as well hehe.
