Actually, it's a southern style cousine, not just a Texan cousine, because it's quite popular in Arkansas as well (They even serve it in high school cafeterias). Damn Cara and her Texas pride. The only way I have ever seen it is chili, fritos, and cheese. It's absolute genius when you think about it.
