i was out in my yard saturday night putting away the kids' bikes and stuff and i saw a woman on my side of the street.

she came up to my driveway, showed me her Louisana ID and Maryland ID, asking if there was anyway i could help her, she got a job down the road from me but didn't have any steel toe shoes and needed money to buy some.

well i didn't have any cash to give her, so i gave her my steel toe oxford style shoes instead that i hadn't worn much at all since i got them. I know they were too big but im hoping she got the chance to work that night and get herself back on her feet.

Those shoes went through an Anthrax concert back in January.

They were too wide to drive in (size 13) lol.

as for the steel toe, yea they worked my kids used to find great humor when i had em on jumping on my toes only to see me laugh at them.
