I actually think it would be cool if for the next album they rerecorded knuckleduster. That was such an underrated and not well used song. It had great synth, awesome heavyness, was really catchy yet they only used it on that one ep; they could definitely use it on the new album and hearing it live would rule.

What I'm expecting on the next album: the Sinergy riffs that they never made public and are planning to incorporate into Bodom. Now that's something to look forward to. And hopefully it's something that will redeem them from their last 2 albums (excluding Skeletons).

to be fair though that style of riff with the Eb and then going to the D and then chugging is pretty prominent in any metal band, especially that progression. Songs like The Book by Vader do it and probably a bunch more that I haven't even heard of; it's just a damn good and heavy progression, the only thing that changes is the rhythm after. I doubt they wanted it to be like another song because them purposefully trying to be like that song would be dumb, maybe they took influence from it though.
