I'd like to open with this statement: Your fav band is Opeth, therefore your opinion is invalid. But let's just continue our discussion and pretend you actually had some taste... I for one, am not the 'resident Borgir fanboi'. I am simply someone who has two functioning ears and a brain therefore I know Borgir is better than Immortal. If that makes me a fanboi, then so be it. Also, please elaborate how the fact they use superior cosmetics makes them more 'genuine'. If some shit that you smear on your skin determines how 'tr00' you are, then the world is in a sad state. Immortal is just as cheesy and stupid as Borgir, except there's one key difference: Borgir actually produces good music. I never said they were 'tr00' and 'gr1m' and 'kvlt', just better.
