In relation to the picture thread....

do you find that your mental iage of people was very different from their real appearance? Or similar?

I was most surprised by Satori and Lee, I don't quite know why, but that wasn't how I imagined either of you!

yes.. i didn't really have like a whole picture in my mind but i was used to imagine Lee like his avatar and i though Satori was a hippie.. that's the curse of the avatars

Like I said in the previous thread, I actually envisioned Satori as a Potleaf wearing clothes, just because of his avatar. I usually think of the person as their avatar, whatever it may be. If someone tells a story of their self doing something, I have much difficulty imagining a person for them to be, so I either think of their avatar being the character in the story, or if the avatar is something like a building, I just think of it from first person view. People probably think I am a walking smily face.

I pictured the great sage Satori with a shaved head in Buddhist meditation garb, in the lotus position, doing zen meditation (satori is, after all, the buddhist moment of enlightenment)....I was wrong! And I pictured Belial as totally different...can't really explain what I pictured him like, but it was different....same with Lina

Whenever I think of Oyo, I laugh. The name and the avatar are both comical. It reminds of Rurouni Kenshin, I don't know why.
