i have always hated the use of the word "pitchy" as pertaining to a note sung slightly sharp or flat.

Yeah, I know how ya feel. The company I work for has a few products regarded as the "industry standard"s for their respective markets.

We're coming out with 2 more products to be "industry standard"s along with the 4 we already have. All 6 product variants do the same basic thing but with minor differences and are "Marketed" differently. The prices vary considerably too. Then we are releasing more variants later. I hate Marketing.
