But back to topicland! Ryan, I really do like the things you write. They pretty much always have a good flow to them, and I can always hear music behind it. You really should keep up the work. The only thing I'd like to say is that I'd like to see you get a little more creative with the rhyme scheme. Otherwise, props, bro.

Ok, this is another. I have written like 150-200 but I will not post them all. I'll just post a few. BTW if you don't like it please tell me what I need to improve. I have been criticized before.

Dancing in the bright bright sun.
Summer is here.
No need to fear.
Not another dripping tear.
I met my beloved in the dark.
I lit the path. I made a spark.
I saw a glowing door ahead.
I took her hand. Not another word said.
Honey dripping from her lips.
It hid the blood on her fingertips.
Deception masked by words of "love".
Dripping blood 'neath the glove.
The crow was painted as a dove.
This paints the picture of deception.
It also shows my severe infection.
I was addicted to A LIE!
The clouds hiding fire in the sky.
Desolate fountains.
Sinking mountains.
I thought she would quench my thirst.
She seemed so perfect at first.
In the dessert with my head down.
In the sea of quicksand I shall drown.
Despair is my guide tonight.
I'll go my way without a light.
I am blind and in need of sight.
Souring vultures wait for me.

BTW thanks for the compliment... And yes, I wrote it all on my own. All of my stuff is by me 100%. I write a lot.
Nice lyrics indeed. A lot of people think they can write decent lyrics, but half the time the result is rather embarassing. But this is really good, although I have to agree with Snowmankiller that the rhyme scheme could use a little more variation. But that's just a minor detail.
I write a lot of lyrics myself and I always get the comment that nobody gets what they're about. Sometimes I don even know myself
