Staff members at the time threw a bunch of names into the ring. Votes were cast, Royal Carnage won. Simple as that. BTW, a couple of names I had that I thought were pretty cool - 'Page for Order' & 'Word of Prey'. Of course, the others came up with plenty of cool titles as well.
