He´s not saying anything. He can´t speak because he´s deaf and never learned how to speak. The TV reporter thought it would be funny to make "an interview" with him because the only thing classier than put a crossdresser with a huge caption "FAG" on the screen is to make fun of the disabled. :zombie:

That japanese video as awesome. They have one of those cultures that really understand kids psychology and feed them with loads of "fantasy" and creativity, I like that, keeping children as innocent as possible for as long as their age allows, that's something we cant really say happens in our society
