Presently listening to Goldfrapp's first album Felt Mountain. This album is excellent. Allison Goldfrapp has a very sexy voice and she makes the lyrics really come to life in the songs here. The music at times sounds like a movie score, at other times it partly resembles Portishead.
The other albums are very different and even though some songs are entertaining, they don't come anywhere near the ones here.
I have to thank Don Corleone here for making me listen to this album. I wish Goldfrapp played before Depeche Mode last sunday in Istanbul. They were opening for Depeche Mode during their tour in Europe just a little while ago but they didn't come here.
