Joining the Navy

My workout this weekend will be a 2.5 mile (one way) hike with 4,000ft of elevation gain. Basically, this shit is straight up and then straight back down.

Here's the payoff:

WHERE IS THIS?! I MUST HIKE THIS!

P90x, my compadres. It's an intense workout. Been doing it for a few weeks, I've lost a ton of weight, and starting to showin' a mean toned body. Seriously, I'm sore after each workout, it's crazy.

I get how that works without letting the body plateau and that seems like a good idea, I've been looking up new workouts because even though I am gaining and still having fun it's been a lot slower since I mostly do the same thing and only have dumbells so I'm limited for excercises like lats or arms. shoulders are easiest to hit.
