The album that got me into Kamelot. It was the first time I had ever heard Roy Khan sing too, and I was absolutely blown away by his voice. I know many people consider Epica, Karma or The Black Halo to be better than this album, but I have always thought otherwise. Absolute masterpiece, it starts strongly with New Allegiance and The Fourth Legacy, then just goes on and on increasing in quality. I really can't pick any favorite song in this album; They are all brilliant.

10/10.

I don't really like Power metal, but these guys clean up the stage compared to most bands in that genre. I thought the "Black Halo" was a very good album. Excellent vocalist in Roy Khan, and amazing attention to detail. Their other albums, I haven't really heard.

I was really looking forward to hearing "March of Mephisto" when I heard Shagrath was doing guest vocals, but you can barely tell he's even in it.

Yeah. I'm not such a huge Shag fan though, so that didn't make a difference in my liking of the album.
