Whta kind of music do they play? What kind of Metal?

Its not really metal at all, more like doom rock. To me the closest comparison would be newer Anathema.

id call it more like rock than anything else, hmn heres a good way to explain, like the clean vocal opeth songs, only not get Tonights Decision, its a re-release and its cheaper.

Let's not try to label. Call it whatever you want. How's that? Or even better yet. Just call it metal and walk away.

After hearing BMD, I called it Doomy-Death Metal. After hearing LFDGD, I called it Trudge Metal because it sets a mood of weariness. Of course I'm just making words up as I see fit. Like Opeth! What are they...well, how's Forest Metal fit ya?

There are basically two different styles. The first is doomy, growled vocals with long, hypnotic songs. The best of this style is undoubtedly 'Brave Murder Day'. Many people still believe this to be their masterwork.

The newer style has all clean vocals... and what vocals! Jonas Renkse has the voice of a deeply depressed angel. The newest album 'Last Fair Deal Gone Down', like the previous two, is depressive rock with heaps of atmosphere...

They're my favourite band of all time, so whatever they are they have a certain something which makes them incredible.
