I've been on this pseudo kick lately for this Northwest hipster-ish music. Really interesting stuff - alt-rock, I don't know what you call it - maybe alternative?

That song is all over my local community radio.. I don't mind it, nothing I'd go rush out and buy though.

I haven't figured out what it is about that tune that has me addicted. His other stuff isn't bad, but this one is really cool.

Are you in the Northwest area? I noticed there's a station that has a lot of this kind of stuff on it and they put out these really cool on air studio sessions on their YouTube (call letters escape me right now).

I'm in the northern area... of Melbourne, Australia

The two main community stations here are awesome. They are moth Melbourne institutions and I owe a lot of my musical upbringing to them. Huge variety of music and information.
