Later dudes(and any gals hidding here)

Take care Wolfeman, stay safe.

When you get back be prepared to catch up on a whole years worth of posts. That's something to look forward to. Imagine all the topics you will miss out on:

What speaker is best for recording?
What OD is best?
Do I need an active or passive DI box?
Can I reamp with a DI box backwards?
What's the difference between 5150, 5150II, 6505 and 6505+?
Where are Andy's C4 settings?
What's an Impulse? How do I use it?

Yeah, I may have asked some of those questions. :heh:

Seriously dude, All the Best!!!

haha :)

Seriously... good luck and take care dude !

Don't worry you will be home in no time. Stay safe. I used to be in the 1-506th infantry regiment (air fucking assault!!). We did a 12 month tour covering from the edge of Fallujah to inside Ramadii in 2003-2004.

I am ok. You'll be ok.

Here are my recomendations:
1 Stick with your buds on and off the battle field.
2 Don't show weakness.
3 When in doubt shoot.
4 Do what you think is right, don't second guess yourself.
5 Never trust an iraq soldier / policeman.
6 Never trust a US officer higher than a major.
7 Clean the inside of your rifle alot.
8 Be professional, hating you enemy can consume you and cause you to make foolish mistakes.
9 When you get back home, take it easy on the booze/drugs, they will not make you feel better.

I can't wait till George W the cocker sucker Bush is out of office and all you guys can come home. Be safe.

Take care sir!

This was received from an unidentified correspondent in the Department of Defense.

"Towel Heads"

Recently I received a warning about the use of this
politically incorrect term.

Please try to pay attention.

We have been informed that the Islamic terrorists do not
like to be called "Towel Heads" since the item they wear on their heads is actually a small folded sheet.

Therefore, from this point forward, please refer to them as
"little sheet heads."

Thank you for your support on this delicate matter.

Look after yourself dude.. It's a crazy world we live in, and let's hope you guys can keep us a little safer.

Damn Midget Donkeys, those are some pretty intense suggestions - but I'm not surprised that there would be situations where they'd be very applicable. Anyway, good luck and all the best, Wolfe!
