LETS GET THAT GUITAR TONE!

Ok I have a GT-3 a demonizer and a Demonizer, ok I don't have a mesa but I know what my fav band sounds like live.

So how do we get that sound?


So far I know a few facts, as what is mentioned in these threads, a boss GT-3 is essential, a MATAMP (ok I have an old Orange OT120 - almost the same thing as they were made by matamp).

now I have figured a few things out but Ander your guitar tone is either your own doing or the genius of engineers around you , I hope to catch you at your next gig and quiz you so don't hit me please! - it is love and your money!

First I realise you are using the direct out not the suggested amp out ahhh its why you keep that sound nice and tight!

These are the things we need to find out, lets share (before the next album comes out and we are back at sqaure one!)

I totally agree.

We can discuss that too, I know that Anders users upstrokes as much as downstrokes when picking.

But it is easier to observe this from live playing as well as listening. Getting the "sounds" is trickier.

one thing I noticed about the Consternation gig is there are no sign of the MATAMPS? Do they get hidden away?
