Max that sounds awesome. Dedicated music rooms are amazing. I couldn't live without mine. Or rather, those around me would no longer be living if I didn't have mine.

Probably around an 8/10 right now. Some minor issues with work, wife, and debt, but nothing I shouldn't be able to overcome relatively soon.

Although I weighed myself this morning, and the scale said 177.6 pounds. Fuckin' A right I'm a god damn red-blooded American patriot. 9/10

need a new job... badly!
The powermetal band is finally having practices and im able to actually hear my lyrics
It's about to warm up so I'll be losing weight like it's nothing. I've been SUPER lazy this winter.
broke as shit right now. love it.

bump for 2013:

life is going from a 5/10 to a solid 7.5/10. very nice

just recently got a job offer from my landlords, who own a gigantic 100 acre, year-round flower/vegetable farm. i am now HAPPILY free from this other fucking psycho (my old boss) and from the duties of driving to NYC frequently/etc.

we are also moving. a friend of mine is a big-deal chef in the city and he decided to pack up and move to california. i mentioned to him that i am looking to farm on my own someday, and he says, "why don't you rent our 10 acre farm and farm house located deep within the CT river valley, far away from neighbors and civilization in general?". we said yes and he gave us an amazing deal, so believe it or not i'll be paying LESS than my current house. this will be beautiful old house from the 1700's, totally redone inside/brand new furnace/three car garage/400 sq ft barn with furnished loft/giant soaking tub/etc. moving in may 1st, pictures to come. going to be nice to have a dedicated music room, and TIME TO MAKE MUSIC

in a good mood right now. how about everyone else?

This sounds absolutely great, glad it's working out well for you!

As for me, nothing groundbreaking since that near catastrophe last year with that loony bint.

Not complaining about any part of my life right now, days are either fulfilling or bland depending on mood and agenda, but hopes of a real new start grow thinner by the month.

Still looking forward to move closer to the countryside but I've been saying that for years, so... Job is the issue.

A fat 5.5/10

good memories live on. Shitty thing to say but hey.
That's not shitty. That's the truth, and what makes emotional pain worth going through. :kickass:

Yes, I am headbanging aggressively, with beer in hand no less, to the memory of lost loved ones.

I am 100% certain that a house around here is cheaper than however you live now. Language could be a problem jobwise of course, but if you a) learn real fast or b) get a job where you can get along with english for starters, then it's all good
