This is also totally random, he shouldn't have any fucking special armor. Just a crown like the one Aragorn has in the third movie (on the other hand Aragorn should have a much larger crown then the one he has in the movies, a crown with large wings on it).

That's a decision Jackson made in order to make the Witch King stand out. Not saying it was the right decision, just throwing two cents in.

No he was brown, there are 5 wizards in the whole Middle-Earth "mythology". The white- Saruman, the grey- Gandalf, brown- Radagast, and there were two blue ones that never entered the LOTR story. As a matter of fact, I dont think they really enter any story at all, in The Book of Unfinished Tales it just says that they went East.
