I don't even have a sex drive. All the shit I don't put myself through. It does not even bother me at all. Hopefully I die alone.
Honestly, you probably just need more exercise and to start eating healthy, organic foods. Alcohol, too much meat, and other foods that are high in junk are just terrible for your health and a low sex drive can affect you in more ways than you probably realize, and can also be a precursor for future problems too.
There's really no use in being mopey about it. I would recommend eating black beans to start with; not the canned variety, but the kind that comes in a bag, unsalted, and takes a few hours to cook. Also, I would recommend other heart-healthy foods like garlic.
