Sound very "roomy" with lots of low mids but overall It sat pretty well with that loud bass guitar .
Also I thought that the pick attack sounded a bit "squelchy" and didnt bite as much as I was hoping for .
I wouldnt mind getting another Marshall but still not sure which is the best for full on metal .
Maybe a DSL or go back to a JCM 800 with pedals ?.....
