Metal to Sleep to?

I don't sleep to metal. I sleep to the "Soundscapes" channel on MusicChoice.

Some of that stuff is kind of cool but I would recommend more of the dark ambient stuff rather than Music Choice which plays mainly peaceful fantasy ambient (still cool but not as fitting for sleeping to imo).

I just listened to ArtCell's album "Onno Shomoy" and for the most part, it's very relaxing.

EDIT: All lyrics are in Bengali, so if you're one of those people who gets distracted paying attention to what's being said, that should be a problem with this band / album.

As is Nattens Madrigal. I also like Gorgoroth's first three albums for this purpose.
