Okay, basically I feel I haven't given this style a fair chance. So, I'm willing to try a couple metalcore albums. I'm talking about the AtG worship stuff with loads of melody and stuff. Recommend me about 5 albums. I'll buy the most popular recommendations. The Greys should not post in this thread.

Jeez, this sounds a LOT like Soilwork - Stabbing The Drama. I'll give it a shot.

Did not like. Can't really say why, except that it sounded unpleasant and the production was horrible.




Overall, I could go for some gayer/poppier/more melodic stuff as well.

I second Unearth - The Oncoming Storm , one of the very few metalcore albums I actually like..however avoid any of their later work, they all suck

Another group thats alright is Caliban from Germany, haven't heard too much of them so I can't recommend an album, but youtube them or something

Funny because AOJB is pretty much one of the only essential metalcore albums out there. If you want more melodic shit from Killswitch, go for their stuff post-AOJB
