i love how bands like agnostic front and chimara and such dress up all hip hoppy and jump around in thier music videos, so that its kind of like they are being posers to both metal, and hip hop.

oh, and all that remains is cool. six= hardset song on guitar hero 2.

There is a video of Oli from ATR playing that song on Guitar Hero 2 on Expert and he didn't even get 90% on it.

yeah its leaked, but i havent listened to it yet.

and i wouldnt call btbam melalcore, they use alot of genres of metal in their music

In Chimaira's case, they're probably doing it to distract you from how much their music sucks. I've never heard Agnostic Front though.

idk never listened to them, but one of my punk lovin friends is crazy about them, however he also thought death sounded like the casualties.

I do to, but their latest album was at least a step up.

Also, I don't know if you could classify them as metalcore, but has anyone heard Divine Heresy's debut cd? I just picked it up today and it's pretty fucking awesome. It's like brutal death metal with hardcore vocals. Definitely check it out if you think you'd be into that sort of thing.

^ Dino has the same old riffs...but Divine Heresy is not bad. Pretty agressive and Fear Factory esque. Come to think of it alot heavier than FF.

I've been getting into metalcore lately so, for those of you on this board that actually like metalcore, reccomend me underground bands to check out. I searched through this thread and have yet to find a substantial list (other than a few recommendations from V5) that's devoid of crap I don't like (aka bands like Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Shadows Fall, Bullet For My Valentine, etc. Should be obvious what I'm NOT looking for).
