Metalcore doesn't always use clean vocals. Vocals never define genre.

They're deathcore, hardly any deathcore bands have clean vocals. Check out Infected Malignity - RE:Bel, Despised Icon - The Healing Process, and As Blood Runs Black - Allegiance.
