Metallica Kill'em all

Hi,

I noticed on the cd version of Metallica Kill'em all there is only 10 tracks. On the old tape i had there was 12 tracks on this album.

WHy did they remove AM i evil ? and Blitzkrieg on the cd version ? I had to buy a Japan cd to get the 12 tracks.

I had to buy the cd used also which does not help the artist. All the new cd i found only had 10 tracks and missed those 2 songs.

Probably because those are not Metallica songs.

How come they are not metallica songs ? You mean they are cover from other bands ? If that is the case i did not know that.

The Elektra version I have has them both. When I got it many years ago I remember it being hard to find and snagged it at a used store for a couple of bucks. Not sure about today, though.

Blitzkrieg was done by Blitzkrieg and Am I Evil was done by Diamond Head.

I always thought the US didnt get many covers included in bonus tracks because the original artists would have to get some $ from the band covering them.

I could be wrong.
