Mike's Opinion on being famous?

With all the talk of Opeth getting famous and such. I would like to hear Mike's opinion on the subject. So Mike, if you are out there, what do you think?

For the record, I think they are just going through a natural progression. Yes, they are more popular, but they have been around for a long time and more people know of them (along with label change and more). Opeth is amazing and should get recognition for what they do. As long as they keep their integrity as artists, they will continue to be amazing.

And they're not popular in any terms!! How many people u know knows Opeth? I only know myself!

Since my introduction to Opeth, I've listened to them every day. I found this board and finally took the plunge to post. I think I'm in trouble.

And, sure Opeth are more popular after the release of BWP, though they're nowhere near the mainstream level at all...none of their albums have sold past the 100,000 sold range....I think BWP came close, though....

note: also, there are a few people I have realized that heard the band Opeth but do not really listen to them at all...that kinda says something.
