so, the offtopic forum costs extra money? couldn't a few people chip in and pay for that? would that be worth it for enough people? and i agree, there should be strict moderation on an off-topic forum. there is quite often a lot of meaningless trash, i.e. haver's forum. but, that place is a group of friends...and they find it fun to post pics of dead children and shit splattering porn...i guess ya can't blame them for that.
