It was just EQ and compression on the snare...Dverb and some para comp. Plenty of bottom snare mic in there also.

I know its old but can you remember anything about the recording of the drums? Mics used?

This is a pretty big bump, but I just revisited this song for the first time in over a year. I did two different versions, one with all real drums and the mic'd guitars and bass, and the other with blended drums and the DI guitars and bass. Let me know what you think.

It's surreal reading the comments about hating the guitar sound & loving the vocals. All subjective. There's some life in those original tracks. I like how they blended the amps.
